I have heard a lot of good things about Charboys burgers in the city, so I was super keen to finally try them out!
Charboys operates from a permanent food van on Edward Street, with friendly staff and fresh ingredients.
I ordered a classic cheeseburger with pressed Wagyu Beef, American Cheddar, Brioche Bun, Signature Sauce, Hydroponic lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup & mustard for $11.00. The bun was so soft and squishy, and the super tasty patty complimented all the other ingredients so well.
My sister ordered the southern fried chicken burger with Brioche Bun, Signature Sauce, Hydroponic lettuce, tomatoes, onions & BBQ Hickory ($11.00). She really enjoyed her burger and said the chicken beast was juicy and tender.
We shared Charboys seasoned fries ($4.00) which were salty, crunchy and hot.
Although the seating isn’t glamorous, Charboys offers tasty and juicy burgers with great value for money. I can’t wait to go back and try another delicious burger!
